Supplies: Basic supply kit - scizzors, adhesives, bone folder

Shoebox Project Information: TBA kits + 4 completed.

This is the only mandatory part of the day which will take place on our schedule in the morning and afternoon.

**Please have your shoebox completely prepared and ready to go when you arrive for the gathering. Prepared means having all of the elements of your pre planned project prepared and ready for your tablemates. Tossing a bunch of random supplies on the table and instructing people to "create whatever they would like" is not acceptable. Please be considerate of others and extend the courtesy of having your shoebox project ready when you arrive. Thanks!!**

***Please make INDIVIDUAL kits up and place them in either envelopes or baggies for each participant. This insures that each person will receive all the pieces necessary to complete each project.**


*Your shoebox project can be anything stamped* and must be Christmas.Holiday themed

� If you are making a card, we will make FULL cards using at least one embellishment (ribbon, brads, buttons, etc).
� Quality CS is a MUST!
� Please have all card pieces pre-cut.
� Please bring stamps or other items for your project
� Please include instructions (aka: recipes), tips and any other important information.
� Please bring four extra completed shoe box projects. You will use one as your sample at your table, two for hostess gifts and one for a door prize.
� You may make other projects keeping in mind it should not take more than 10-12 mins to complete.
� We estimate having approx. 3 people at each table and will give final numbers when we have a final count.
There will also be 4 holiday themed Make & Takes for the entire group to make.


Swaps~ALL swaps must be Christmas/Holiday themed

If you are joining the SU only, please use only current SU products. Please note that if you sign up for a swap and do not fulfill your commitment, you will not receive any swaps from the others in your group.

We will have 5 swaps:
1. Card front � SU only (5 1/4" x 4")
2. Card Front � NVR (5 1/4" x 4")
3. 6x6 recipe swap
4. Gift Tag
5. 3D Item

Swaps are not mandatory � you may participate in as few or as many as you would like. Please remember to showcase your best work using quality products. You must use at least two layers and one embellishment on each swap � thanks!!

Handmade Gift Exchange Holiday themed~OPTIONAL

We will exchange handmade gifts. Please be sure that your gift is handmade and something to do with paper crafting. Please do not bring a non paper crafted gift. For those wishing to participate, please bring a handmade gift with a value of approx. $5.00. Please be sure your gift is wrapped with your name so the person who receives it knows who to thank!!


Door Prize Donations~OPTIONAL
If you would like to donate a door prize to our event please indicate on the registration form.

I am requesting that each participant bring one Holiday Card AND one any occasion card (Birthday, Thank You, etc...) to be donated to Hospice of WNY. You will receive a raffle ticket for each card donated for a raffle to be held separate from the regular raffles and door prizes.

I am doing a card rack in memory of my sister Edie at the Hospice Caf� at the Appletree location. All proceeds will benefit Hospice throughout the year. I hope to keep the rack stocked all through the year with donations from all my stamper friends. I will also be donating all future cards I make and swaps I participate in the future.

In December I will be participating in the Hospice Bazaar donating all cards and 3d items to be sold at my table. Feel free to donate extras if you would like.

You just might have a CNY invasion on your hands! There are at least three of us seriously thinking about this one. One selling point is that it's at Wegman's, Gayla's favorite grocery store! LOL! Buffalo Stamps & Stuff is a huge draw. Add those two things to playing with our WNY friends and it's all a happy day! We'll discuss this on Saturday at our gathering in Ilion. Excited!!!

To Gayla and the other CNY INVASION GIRLS (I really like that name!), for the purpose of shopping, not only is it in Wegman's and about a mile from Buffalo Stamps, but there are also JoAnn, Michaels, AC Moore and a Wal-Mart in the immediate area and a Hobby Lobby within 10 miles from the venue. Wow!
