Default Searching for Post it note holders

A couple of years ago there were directions for making a Post it note holder using the $1 acrylic photo holders and using matching DP for the inside of a pen .
Does anyone recall where I saw this ?
Thanks
Barbara

There is a link in the tutorial on how to make the pens, too.

Thanks but that is not the one. The one I recall used an acrylic photo holder like the Acrylic easel on this page . The frames cost $1 at Walmart in the 3" x 5" size

BAW Plastics : Custom Fabricated Plastic, Wood, and Metal Products

DP went in between the easel part .

Here is another one, Barbara:

an FYI re: Post-It Note Stands

I made a bunch of these when I was doing craft fairs. Basically you just cut your pattern paper to fit inside the frame and embellish as you want and add the post it pad on top. Then take an RSVP pen apart and insert a little strip of the same pattern paper.

Yea! Glad to help. Kerry is so talented and has lots of great tutorials on her blog. She had a baby a year or so ago, and hasn't been posting as much since then.

Of all of the directions for the Post-It Note holders I liked this one the best. I wanted to make them last year, but Walmart, Target and the Dollar stores all were out of the acrylic frames. This year I was able to buy the frames and the RSVP pens so now I am ready to go
Thanks again! What would we do without the vast knowledge of the Splitcoast members ?
