I just called Jo-Ann and apparently this bundle does not include the cutting pads.
She said it did include the platform, although I can not see it in the picture.
It is a wonderful deal, though, and thank you for posting it.

I'm now the proud owner of a new machine. Of course, since I was shopping anyway and dies were on sale, my new machine won't be lonely...

I have never heard of a Sizzix machine being sold that way. I am so having trouble believing they would do that. I ordered it so will see, each of the three sets of double embossing folders sell for $10.95 each.
I see now the machine on Sat. is up to $35.99 from $29.99. Still cheap though.

My big kick did come with the cutting pads as well as the embossing folders.
