I really need to make this clear- I am not disparaging digital designs. I am a professional graphic designer and I often accept contracts with the printing industry for creative products like stationery. There can be a huge amount of work involved, as I pointed out when I linked over to the Somerset digital magazine. All I am saying is that digital designs are not stamps, the process is totally different, and referring to digital designs as "digi stamps" is really misleading.

I think people call them Digi stamps or Digi Stamping as a coined phrase just as in the UK they say they are "Hoovering" when they are actually using a vacuum cleaner of any brand . Hoover is a brand of vacuum cleaner , but everyone knows what they mean

Neither of these are the completely accurate names or terms , but we all know what the person means .

Most people know that printing a Digital image is not the same as applying ink to a piece of engraved or etched rubber or polymer material and transferring that image to paper
However, the results from both processes can be equally beautiful.

Just my 2 worth
