Hope you’re having fun with the VSBN challenges so far today!

If you're anything like me, there are some days you look at your stash and think ... whew, I have a lot of fun stuff here, I need to use more of it. Lately I've really enjoyed all of the fun embellishments (or if you're a digi-scrapper all the elements) that go with the paper packs. There are all sorts of fun items that go together. I buy them and then do the page and only use 1 or 2 of the items!

My Challenge to you is to get out the elements and embellishments and load up your page. This is your chance to add lots of layers and fun embellishments and elements.

Now this is my kind of challenge. As you might have noticed, I usually love putting lots of stuff on a page! And since I've been delving into my paper page making supplies, I've been reminded of how much cool stuff I have! I'll definitely be doing this one, but probably not until tomorrow or later in the week. We have a C/W dance team performance later this afternoon and I need to get my outfit ready for that soon!

We always encourage during VSBN to use the other challenges for inspiration to go with VSBN Page ... you just can't double up VSBN Challenges ;) Look forward to seeing your page

Well, I didn't get any scrapbooking done on Sunday like I was hoping too, but since the kids were off school today I took off work to spend the day with them. However, since they are still sleeping, I figured I might as well get some scrappin' time in.

I used several embellishments (the safety pins, flower paper clips, and rubber summer things) that I've had in my stash for years and years and years! Thrilled that I used them! I also used paper that was just a single sheet. Cut it into strips for the layout and so I'm also happy about 1 less sheet of DP in my stash. Yay for this challenge!!

Did one with lots and lots of layers and embellishments. Once I chose a bg sheet and dug through my scrap bin of patterned papers and selected the colors and went to town cutting pieces to add. Pulled everything from embellishments too. It was fun, hope it looks ok.

I finished this challenge last night, and for some reason, I had the hardest time piling it on. Maybe because this layout is primary colored, it didn't lend itself to "visual clutter." Oh well, I did my best. Thanks for the challenge, Lela.
