I will be creating one or two 12x12 scrapbooks for my neighbor's son's HS graduation. When I made books for the other two kids, Stampin' Up! was still selling scrapbooks and those were what I used. My neighbor was very happy with them.
I need to find a new scrapbook source and wondered if you might have some suggestions on who has the best quality books now. I would like to use page protectors similar in style to SU!'s so that I can use up what I have.
The books must be black and leather is preferred over linen.
Close to My Heart has imitation leather albums in black. They are post bound with very sturdy, slip-in page protectors, and the covers stand up to a lot of wear and tear. Only drawback is you have to order them from a consultant and shipping takes about a week, so that wouldn't work if you need them in a hurry.
My customer decided to go out and purchase her own. Not what I'd have chosen but she's the one getting the books in the end. Plus, she saved me the shopping time.
