Good Morning.. and welcome...do you mean individual card "clear" envelopes or pages that fit in a binder to save your cards in?? most are 4 x 6 so the cards need to be trimmed ( 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 is normal size)

You can buy all shapes and sizes of clear envelopes from www.clearbags.com or sometimes from your local office supply warehouse (like Expedx).
