Angela and I are so excited to work together this week to provide multiple card entries and loads of inspiration from Williams Sonoma. I love shopping there every chance I get, because they have everything from tableware to modern coffee makers! Since everything is so beautifully presented I thought you'd find some inspiration there too!
My Guest Hostess today is Arizona Maine and you can view her masterpieces here , and here , and here too!
NOTE: I'm noticing that if people put a period, or something else, at the end of the URL from the site that the link won't work for people viewing the posting. So I suggest you put the URL on a line by itself without other symbols or letters.
Learning from the example of my mentor SmilynStef, and for those of you who say you get overwhelmed with having too many choices, I've uploaded five of my favorites … so just stick with one (or all) of those for your inspiration. Click on the images below to see them bigger. Whether you choose one of those, or pick something entirely different from the website, please let us know which photo served as your inspiration piece please. All inspiration should link back to the Williams Sonoma site.
Use the keyword: IC406 (no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you put commas between your key words.
How to Play ~ View the attached images. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Remember, if you are inspired by the creation of another artist, please do not use print-outs of the art in your creation or directly copy their work. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge. There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping!
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Also, remember to link to your SCS gallery on this thread. Thank you for joining me on this inspiration journey.
I just love the Williams Sonoma store! I believe they started in the SF area (Julia Child inspired), where I grew up. I was inspired by their white crackle pumpkin individual bowls, set of 4 and the golden soup (squash?) inspired my golden fabric selection. Added an Inkadinkado cat/pumpkin combo for Halloween fun. Here's Cat and Pumpkin Buddies

Everyone is so inspired, and I'm trying to case a few of these masterpieces - there just isn't enough time in the day! I wanted to give you a heads up:
I'm noticing that if people put a period at the end of the URL from the site that the link won't work for people viewing the posting. So I suggest you put the URL on a line by itself without other symbols or letters. If this is happening on your post, you may be able to resolve the issue by moving the URL to a line by itself. - Thanks
Here's mine. I'm done before midnight, quite rare for me! One of those days, yet again, but at least I was able to put something on paper without having a breakdown. Thanks for the great challenge!
I think this is my first time playing in the Inspiration Challenge. What was I waiting for? My card is inspired by this pretty La Med Melamine bowl and can be seen here. Thanks for the fun challenge!
