Silhouettes, stamped or die cut make a bold impact. Images with lines give us the beauty of detail. So let's attract the opposite and use both on our project!
My challenge is to use a silhouette(s) and a line image(s) on your card.
If you have transparent stamps but don't have any silhouettes you can make your own silhouette(s) by flipping the stamp over and using the solid side (back side), then stamping with correct side (to add the lines). That's how I created my flowered panel on the third sample shown below.
Another option is to use a 2-step stamping set, which has coordinating line and solid images.
Punching a circle from scrap and using it as a mask and sponging to form a sun or moon would also work as a silhouette.

In my first sample I show the black silhouettes of dragonflies, the green silhouette of grasslands and the detailed line drawings of the dragonflies.
In the second sample tessaduck has inlaid the silhouette of the butterfly and then placed the stamped (lined) image on top of the inlay.
