In February 2008, with IC Challenge #115, I became the second hostess of the SCS Inspiration Challenge. After 5 � years, I have decided it is time for me to hand over the reigns to a new Hostess.
I want to thank each and every one of you for supporting the Inspiration Challenge and for constantly inspiring me with your fabulous designs. I am so grateful to SCS for this opportunity and for all of the amazing friends I've made along the way.
I am also thrilled to introduce you to your new Hostess � the talented and inspiring Audrie (aka girlgeek101 ) � I can't wait to see all of the great inspiration she will be bringing our way. Please give her a very warm welcome.
My final inspiration challenge comes from Eskayel, a Brooklyn, NY based design studio focused on applying a uniquely artistic and environmentally responsible approach to interior surface design. I found their designs to be pure inspiration magic (and also lots of potential for this week's Mix-Ability Challenge theme ).
Remember, respect the artist and don't print out or copy their designs for use in your projects � just be inspired by them.
For those of you who say you get overwhelmed with having too many choices, I�ve uploaded five of my favorites � so just stick with one (or all) of those for your inspiration.
The rest of you, remember to let us know which product from Eskayel that inspired you.
Use the keyword: IC404 (no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you put commas between your key words.
How to Play ~ View the attached images. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Remember, if you are inspired by the creation of another artist, please do not use print-outs of the art in your creation or directly copy their work. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge. There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping!
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Also, remember to link to your SCS gallery on this thread. Thank you for joining me on this inspiration journey.

Stephanie--so sorry to read that you will not be hosting the IC anymore. :( I will miss your picks of FUN and WONDERFUL sites, as well as, your great cards and kind comments. I wish you the best of luck in new adventures, which I'm sure are forthcoming!
Audrie--Welcome! I look forward to all the new places we'll be visiting for the IC challenges.

Stephanie, Thank you for all of your wonderful challenges over the last five years and for taking the time to make supportive comments on every person's challenge project. I know that has taken lots of time and dedication and each and everyone one of us appreciate you for it. The Inspiration Challenge is one of my favorite challenges and I always look forward to each new inspiration. I know this really isn't goodbye as we will all still see your wonderful smiling face in the gallery.
Audrie, You have such a wonderful creative eye and I will look forward to what you will have in store for us. Congratulations on being our new hostess.
Stephanie, you will be missed more than you know. I appreciate your talent and untiring dedication over the last 5 1/2 years. I will definitely be watching where SCS takes you in the years ahead.

WOW..five and a half years..that's a ton of inspiration!! Thank you so much Stef for your hard work in bringing us these fabulous sites week in and week out. The IC challenge is my favorite! You will be missed (as hostess, but I expect to see your wonderful cards in the gallery). Welcome Audrie..I look forward to seeing what you come up with to inspire us..we're a pretty easy group to get along with and I know you will fit right in.
Saturday is my absolute favorite day of the week.....I look forward to the Inspiration Challenge more than any others and you have been the most fabulous hostess, Stef! Thanks for all the inspiration you have given us for these five and a half years, Stef! Some have been quite challenging, which was, after all, the purpose. The IC challenge has always been my favorite of the week. I look forward to the inspiration that Audrie will be bringing to us each week.

Stef- thanks for all your hard work, it is so appreciated! Love this challenge, thanks! I used the Akimbo 10 fabric as my design inspiration- and Stamping Bella's Monster Birthday stamp. Repurposed a valentine day's card, and added some texture, along with a button/tie combo and a bow. Here's HB from your little monsters

I confess that the Inspiration Challenge has been one of the most "challenging" for me... but also one with a huge payoff. I know I can't participate all the time, but the times I've done it I have really learned how to think more out of the box. And I lurk every week.

After destroying LOTS of paper and making a lot of inky messes, I finally managed to get a not-too-hideous bit to make a card with (did I tell you I don't "do" techniques?) Thanks, Stef, for nudging me out of my comfort zone - and for everything else! You ROCK! My Dream Prince card is the best I can do...

Well - this was a rather eclectic site for wallpaper and rugs etc Steph! but it translated well onto my card which I combined with the Mix-Ability challenge from yesterday!
