It's my turn to hostess again and today we are all about mats or layers. Use one simple layer or stack them up high. You get creative with your layers by using different shapes, textures or popping the layers up. I tried to bring out the color of my flowers my using the same marker to color the mat.
I have attached samples from Sabrina and myself below.

Toni, something probably a lot of us do with out thinking too much....fun to see it as a challenge. My card has both symmetrical and asymmetrical matting.
Here is my card, for today's, challenge. Custom Matting, WT437. I loved this layout yesterday, so I did it again today, with a few minor changes. Thanks for a fun and great challenge, and thanks for looking.

Toni- thanks for this challenge, I have this "new to me" wildlife stamp from PSX and I couldn't get the card right- your matting challenge was just what I needed
I used a sponged sky for a minimalistic approach, and SB oval scallop and lacy circles dies for my background and matting. Recycled some apple green ribbon from a store label, and added my own sentiment. Here's Wildlife Thanks
