My Favorite to least:

2.Christmas (because all the great products to use!!!)
3. Valentines (love making the boys valentine's for school!
4. thanksgiving- not normally but this year's SU Holiday catalog has some great Thanksgiving sets!!!
Those are my top four...the rest no, I don't do St. Patty's day cards, I don't like Easter pastel colors so it is hard for me to create, I don't do New Year's cards
I enjoy making cards for these holidays, and don't have favorites among them.
Valentine's Day
Easter
Mother's/Father's Day
Halloween
Thanksgiving
Christmas
I usually do make Thanksgiving cards, but guess they are my least favorite because I'm not fond of how turkeys look, and don't really like fall/autumn colors. Yes, I know I'm strange.
I've made St. Pats one year, and New Years one year only. After the Christmas rush, I just can't get it together for New Year's cards. I've never made a Hanukkah card, or a card for the 4th of July.

I don't make holiday cards other than Christmas. I make lots of those.... love the season and all the available stamps and goodies.
I do stamp for other occasions, though, just not full out cards. For my school kids I stamp a halloween image on a bag topper or something, sometimes for Easter as well.
I guess I do make 3 Valentines... forgot about those...ooops! I make autumn coloured cards in the fall, usually for the fall birthdays I make cards for. Not Thanksiving cards though.
Halloween and Christmas are my all-time favourites. All the others are just okay. I don't have anyone to make Hannukah cards for (so I don't own any Hannukah stamps). I also haven't made a New Year's card for maybe 15 years.
Halloween
Christmas/Hanukkah - mixed family, lots of cards.

I love 4th of July stuff, but rarely (if ever) make cards for it. I also never make St. Patrick's or New Year's cards, and have no one to send Hanukkah, Mother's Day or Father's Day cards to...

Thanksgiving - I don't make many of these either but do enjoy using fall colors
4th of July - while I make patriotic cards I'm not sure they're technically 4th of July cards
I don't really make cards for:
New years
