Default explosion box

I would like to make an explosion box for my sister's 60th birthday.

The one in tutorials only shows one layer, I would like the one that has 3 or 4 layers, for people to sign at the tea. Anyone have that pattern?

Just make each consecutive layer 1/4 inch smaller... So start with a 12x12, then do 11 3/4, and so on and so on... ;)
