It has been almost exactly two years since we've challenged you to use vellum on your stamped creations, but I've been seeing so many gorgeous cards in the gallery lately using vellum, that I've decided to bring this challenge back. Vellum can be the main attraction on your card or just an accent. You can heat emboss it, dry emboss it, stamp on it, die cut it, color it, or pierce it!
Today your challenge is to use Very Versatile Vellum ! However you decide to use it, I'm sure the gallery will fill up quickly with gorgeous and elegant creations! Have fun!
Please remember to use the keyword, WT432 , when uploading your card. You can view the gallery for this Very Versatile Vellum challenge HERE .
Need help linking a card? Follow these instructions!
1. Open 2 windows: One window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)

5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
You’re done!
I had a little help from Sabrina today. Check out her gorgeous creation and my sample below!
WT432 Vellum Floret
Oops - I put the wrong keyword on mine after a LONG day yesterday.
This was a fun challenge - after looking at the various tutorials using vellum, I hope I might find time to try something else out with it. Thanks, Cathy!
Cathy- couldn't find vellum in my packing boxes, but used instead sticker backing paper for my pleated vellum effect. My stamped image is from SU's Farm Fresh, and my patterned dps include a pretty plaid from my dear friend Kathy at work from her DD's baby shower. Here's Your So Sweet

Here's my second one... this butterfly looks like it's about to fly right off my card, LOL! It doesn't fit into a regular envelope but I had a blast making it. Thanks for getting me to dust off the vellum again!
This is my card for the challenge, WT432. This was a great challenge. My granddaughter and I both made a card. We sure had fun with our projects. Thanks for a great challenge, and tfl. It is so late I think I'll comment later.
Great challenge. I've been admiring cards made w/vellum and I've been wanting to make one. Would you believe the night before this challenge came out I dreamt about making a card with vellum?! LOL It's because of all the beautiful inspiration I see hear on SPS. Anyway, here are my cards. Thanks for looking!
A late posting for this challenge as it was a birthday card for Susie in Australia and I had to wait for her to recieve it before adding it to the gallery.
It was both challenging and fun and I have since figured out how I could have made it a whole lot easier with a better result to the back side of the vellum windows.
Vellum is so much fun because there are just so many ways to use it! Thanks for the challenge.
Ok! I didn't just pick one challenge, I picked 3 F4A's and a WT! How's that? I basically stayed up all night stamping bc I have today off (yea!) and I got my mojo back! I've missed him so! This job thing takes so much out of me and it's hard to turn on the creative juices when I finally get a chance, so I stuck with it while I had it!
Here is my take on the "Pick One", "Think Big", "Field of Flowers" and the WT Vellum challenges. I also snuck in what I think may be a new technique, but there is really nothing new under the sun, right?
