My dear SCS friend Diane presented me with a wonderful box of SU stamped images, papers, and embellies- which will be put to good use for cards here - I combined a lovely quilted piece with a SU set I believe from 1998 to create this Quilting Card- to be given to a dear friend who's a great mom.

Mom flowers by Margstamps - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
I had made this card for Mothers Day, a while ago, and loaded it on the pin it challenge. It suits today's challenge as well, So here it is . I used a Hero Arts , Flowers in a tin stamp. I used ANTIQUITES , Tanzinite, and Claret inks. My cs is from my local craft shop, the colors are raspberry and white. I also used a Martha Stewart punch. I stamped the first layer, all over with both colors. I colored the image with water color pencils. I added white stickles, for a bit of a glittery frosty look. tfl.

LOVE catching up on my uploads! I actually did make this at the challenge time but didn't have a chance to get it uploaded. (a long process for me)
Forgive the delay and thanks for peeking at my DSP pinwheels. I think they came out pretty cute once I figured out how to hold them together! HA! This paper just BEGS to be pinwheeled. So glad to see it back in new colors in the new catty!
Talented Mom!
