I am equally confused. Glad to know I am in good company. I thought we just had to post to each challenge forum. hmmm.. I am at a total loss with spreadsheets.

Night all
Tomorrow is costume parade at the elementary. Then I hope to get some more cards made. I have holiday SAS Saturday so need to get that prepped too....and by prepped I mean design and cut the cards LOL

Tonight I might sketch out the rest of the card ideas I have for the ones I'm behind on. Some are a real stretch for me.

Anyway Off to get the kids brushing their teeth and tucked in.

It's my first year too, so I've been adding everything to my gallery, posting a link in the thread, and putting a link in the column of the spreadsheet. Now to just remember to finish doing them all and mail them, then I'm good.

Well I only got one card done tonight (2 copies) out of the 4 I needed to do to catch up again. My job is getting in the way of my fun. But I'm tired tonight so I will finish up my link to the card and then am going to bed. Should have more free time tomorrow to finish the rest.

I think I've done it right. I have been: uploading cards to the HYCCT gallery, putting the HYCCT challenge number in the keyword section, posting a reply in the thread with a link to my card, AND (now that I think I understand this part) going to my gallery to each card that I've posted for the challenges and copying a link to that card on the spreadsheet in column G for that challenge
I've also been: trying to comment on the cards others post, trying to get the cards into the mail to Houston, trying to keep my 4 homeschool students on track, trying to get everyone to their various activities and trying to keep the house in some kind order...oh and trying to manage to fix something to eat each night. Kids, "What's for dinner?" Me, "Food."

Sure do!! If we go on getting it like last winter we need a HUGE improvement in infrastructure and readiness. They're only just currently repairing a local watermain .
Laughing at Lee-Ann's card - but thanks to CCC11 it won't be me. Affording presents is a different matter, but I only have about two cards left to make for my November quota - and last year I had too many!!

De Burgh is a wonderful lyricist!! He reminds me of our honeymoon . DH's brother, who had recently emigrated, gave us his old car and accidentally left all his Chris de Burgh and John Denver tapes in it so that was the soundtrack to our honeymoon. He's still a huge Denver fan, De Burgh not so much, LOL. Trying to remember where I came across something recently that he'd autographed for my half-sis.

I don't think that's 100% obligatory for Lydia's prize list, but I think it's how the hostesses keep in touch with things, no? And know to come and leave nice appreciative, appreciated comments .

I'm all caught up! Woohooo!!! I have tomorrow off so I stayed up a little later tonight to make a couple cards and get a bunch uploaded to the gallery. Now I just have to package them up so my box is ready to go once the challenges are done.

OK.. so I was not even productive last night. Watched the baseball game instead, but could stay up for the ending. Woke up way early to a barking dog (mine).. Now having some coffee, waiting for kids to wake up, gazing at all of the amazing cards in the HYCCT gallery. You guys are some talented stampers. Wouldn't it be fun to see what it is like on the receiving end of all of these gorgeous cards!

Today was a migrainey start for me......meds are kicking in. And hubby took the boy to the dentist and took the doggies too so I could just rest! He left me a wonderful, roaring fire in the woodstove too before he left! He's the bestest!!!!

So I'm just watching Rachael Ray and then will be stampin' in a bit! I'm all caught up!!! Can you believe there's only a couple challenges left?? How DID the month fly by so quickly????

It certainly has flown by; I don't know if using the date on the challenge each day has made me realise it more. But then, the older you get the faster time goes .
Hope your meds kick in and you feel better soon, Lee. That fire sounds like to die for. We haven't lived in a house with an open fire for years . I had one in my bedroom from my teens till I left home, I miss it.

I am home from yet *another* Halloween party with my Friday class. I have been looking forward to getting down in the basement and getting crafty ALL day! Off to make a pot of coffee, then stamp, stamp, stamp. I have a LOT of catching up to do.

@Lee... looks like your wintry weather is finally arriving here in VA! We may even get some snow late tonight into tomorrow morning. It will melt as soon as it touches the ground (which is still warm), but it will be lovely to watch falling down. I hate to admit I'm a little jealous of your warm fire. We have gas logs, so we just turn them on. I sometimes miss a real fire, but love that there isn't any mess to clean up. @Patricia (in VA).. sorry, but I LOVE the snow!!!!!!

Beverly, I do like the snow too - but I just want it to wait until after the Thanksgiving parade!

We're supposed to have our marching band state assessment tomorrow, about 90 minutes north of where I live. BIG DEAL stuff. Depending on whether you want to believe accuweather.com or weather.com, they are expecting 1 to 8 inches of snow up there beginning around 8:00 tomorrow morning. I don't know if the band directors' association will consider canceling because of the weather. There are several schools traveling even farther than we are to get there. As skittish as school officials tend to be about having regular school days during snowy weather, I find it hard to imagine that they'd let this go on... but I really don't know.

Patricia.. I hope the weater cooperates. I have several crafty friends who have crafts shows going on this weekend, so they are also praying for good weather.
Keeping my fingers crossed for your band assessment. I never knew there was such a thing. Best of luck!!! Just send the snow down my way -
