If you go back to the first post on the thread she edits and updates it at that place so you don't have to search!

You simply cook it on low overnight and in the morning you wake up to a super creamy oatmeal waiting for you! It will have a thick layer on the top that you can mix in and it does bake onto the sides a bit which requires a bit of scraping to clean, but it is worth it to wake to hot, creamy goodness!!!
Your oatmeal sounds yummy, can't wait to try it! By the way, have you tried the Reynolds Slow Cooker Liners? I think they're one of the best kitchen inventions ever!! All you have to do to clean up is pull the bag out and wipe down the condensation on the inside of the crock pot. I never use mine without them anymore. Makes easy crock pot meals even easier!

I haven't yet, but I have the Pampered Chef pan scrapers and that makes the scraping go super quick.

Hmm, I have one hour free left today, and with no WT challenge posted yet it doesn't look as if it's going to go on a challenge card.
I tried to pick just one favourite from my HYCCT cards, but I can't do it. Far from there just being 3 or 4 I was really happy with there are more like 10 or 12 and I just can't pick one. The challenge I've most enjoyed viewing, I think, is Lydia's costume party because it's fun to see what people come up with as being "not them".

The liners are a little costly at almost $3 for a package of 3 but, for me, they well worth it! No more soaking, scraping, scrubbing. I LOVE Reynolds Slow Cooker Liners!

that overnight oatmeal is delicious....I've been making something similar for awhile....there is just me here so the leftover keep in fridg well and reheat in microwave..really good with added dried fruits too...

I had room in my box to add a large (120 ct) box of sandwich baggies for them to use on cards that weren't individually bagged.

That was so thoughtful of you, Sheri. I bet they'll most all get used, too!
I can't help thinking that baggies must be heavier than the cello ones when it comes to postage, especially in bulk.

Sometimes if things are really baked on you can put them in a plastic trash bag and spray with Easy Off and leave it for a bit. Works great for bbq grills and the drip pans under the oven coils. THen take them out and the stuff pretty much wipes off.

I just recently got what I think is the best ever oven cleaner I've ever used and it worked on the same principle. They provided a really heavy zip-lock bag and some cleaning stuff (it was thick liquid rather than aerosol) - you could fit three oven racks in the bag, and I left them overnight, turning them a couple of times. The racks came out spotless, no scrubbing need, just a wipe with a cloth - and I rushed out to get another couple of packs in case it disappears off the market . Man, I was tempted to take the door off and put it in the bag too!!

Ok-- so this one, I think is my favorite.

Forums at Splitcoaststampers

It's my favorite because it was really, really out of the box for me. I don't ever feel I do the vintage shabby chic thing well, but I really like the way this one turned out.

It's taken me a while to narrow it down, but I think Forums at Splitcoaststampers is my favorite of my HYCCT challenge cards.

This was the last card I made. It was Monday morning and I felt I had enough time to create and upload it that I didn't need to rush through it. So I took the extra time to do the scalloped border for the narrow strip and the sponging and hand stitching around the edges.

I hadn't set out to complete all of the challenges when HYCCT started. Remember, I'm the person who posted this on November 2:

So while I was creating the card I've linked here, I was feeling a sense of accomplishment of successfully hurdling all the cardmaking challenges, as well as a sense of - I don't know, something like pride, but that sounds so boastful - in knowing how the cards I made would eventually make so many people just a bit happier. All because I love to make cards. It was kind of humbling and rewarding at the same time.

Remember, I'm the person who posted this on November 2:
oh Patricia, you did so well....and the card had so much work on it.... I can so relate... I have never ever done any challenges here before, and only found the HYCCT in late October and thought, ooooh yes, how much fun is that!!

Making the cards I knew someone was going to get it and hopefully use it themselves, but also know that this small piece of card and colour, that they would hold in their hands was bridging the gap of isolation. Encouragment and the energy to stay focused can be very healing, sometimes more than the medications. It felt like I have added to a collective prayer, even though not formally, a collective focused attention is very powerful.

Winning prizes has been like soft background music .... The main prize is the love and believing in miracles....

Good idea! Here's my favorite of my HYCCT cards:

Forums at Splitcoaststampers

This Whipper Snapper bear image is so sweet and fun to color and I'm really happy with how this one turned out.

And I'm enjoying seeing what everyone else's favorite cards are and getting fresh new ideas for cards. There are so many talented card makers here!

Who is Jennifer?
Can someone post a link to this card so I can leave a comment and take a look at her gallery?

I think this card is so cute!

I thought it looked like sand paper -- whichever it is, the card is awesome! Congrats to the winner!
