Hey all--I am looking for stamp sets that have more of a snarky/sarcastic sentiment and/or image. I have looked and asked around a bit and all I can find are classic stamp sets that, while I like them and have many, lack the edge for some of the cards I would like to make. Any suggestion where I can look to find something like that? Any help would be appreciated.
You might consider printing your own sentiments -- directly on the card, or on cardstock to punch out.
ETA: Looks like you can't type that acronymn on this site, without it being replaced by asterisks, even in the url. If you want to see the set, click the link, view all, and scroll to the first set.

Repeat Impressions has good ones, but it's hard to see them on their website: Unmounted Sheets of Art Stamps by Repeat Impressions. I bought Plate 7000 at a stamp convention in Akron - some of my favorites from that sheet are: "if you were a cow, you'd be a belt by now", "Well, this day was a total waste of makeup", "deja moo: the feeling that you've heard this bull before" and some that are related to stamping: "CAUTION: Stamping can be dangerous to your wealth" and "Whoever said money can't buy happiness has never been to a rubber stamp convention". There are also a couple for the backs of cards that I love: "This ain't no stinkin' off the rack card... I made it with my own bare hands!" "What were you expecting? Hallmark?!" and "Rubber Stamps: $7000, Supplies: $4,500, Handmade Card from Me: Priceless".
I wish their website were a little better because I like their stamps! I think most come as unmounted rubber sheets (that's what I have, but that's what I usually buy at conventions...).
Oh so fun! I want them all. I purchased some from MFT called Twisted Foursome.
Ex: I don't have issues I have a lifetime subscription.
Wouldn't it be easier just to humor me?

I was thinking of those too, but when I went to check to link them, I think they're discontinued now.
There She Goes has two hilarious sets coming out soon: Lucky Duck and Hooked on Quack. Adorable ducks with snarky sentiments like, "How the duck are you?"
I love snarky sayings! I have a bunch of them I've collected over the years from a variety of sources. My problem is that I can't figure out when it's appropriate to use some of them.
The birthday ones are easy for me. My family doesn't consider it a real birthday card if there isn't some level of snark involved. I've made a few doozies, like the fridge card I've attached.
But what the heck to do I do with a saying like "sometimes insanity is the only alternative", or "I see dumb people"? I have both of those and have never used them.

No blog for me. My gallery chronicles my card-making successes and mishaps.
Sue! Oh my word ... your refrigerator card is not only a Hoot!, but the design is delightful!! I sure hope you've shared this in the SCS Gallery, m'dear!
And in answer to your question .... If you're using your stamps & supplies to express your personal creativity, does it "have" to have an intended recipient right away? Many times, mine do not. And, I know that 'Cards for a Cause' is always looking for donations. You could check out that sub-forum as a possibility. ;)

I use my snarky sets with some wicked cool techniques or awesome backgrounds and then package them up and give them as gifts. The recipients love them. Some people will frame them. Some like to give them to their sassy/snarky friends.
I really like combining a sweet image that is all unsuspecting with a zingy/snarky statement.

In they uk we have some a wonderful stamp range from Acid Drops and Whatnots, not sure if you can get them in the states. If you search on google images you can see a lot of them.

Do you have something ( maybe an animal image that the backside is facing up when you stamp it? or even a person from the back view...) these could work with the I see dumb people sentiment. ( it sounds like a card that would be easy to give away at work)
I hope this isn't considered a thread hijack, but I'm thinking you ladies might know the answer ... I have a stamp that says, "When I can't sleep at night I just count the buckles on my straightjacket." I can't think of or find an image that might go with it. Any ideas/suggestions?

You could also do something with soda can tabs - they sort of look like buckles. If you had a sheep image, you could put buckles on them - counting sheep, counting buckles - all ways to fall asleep.

Yeah, I was thinking the same with the a big ol "dream bubble" with buckles jumping over a fence instead of sheep or a combination of the two - flocked buckles with legs.
Buckles are relatively easy to die cut if you have basic shapes.
