Default Drawing faces on cut outs

Does anyone know how to go about drawing those cute faces on cutouts for scrapbook pages /cards ? Sweet little girl / boy faces really add to the layouts.

Here is a great blog post about drawing faces on the Magnolia stamps, which don't have faces to start with. I think it would work for cut-outs, too:

There's a stamp company called Peachy Keen that sells a whole line of just faces to stamp
