We've had octagons. Hexagons are everywhere at the moment. I've even been reading about decagons! How about getting back to simple shapes and using TRIANGLES on your cards today. If you want to stick with the current bee trend ;) be inspired by this video and earn some sweet honey points!!
I remember the original cartoon version which played in the cinemas here in the Seventies, but I've never found a video of it, alas.
Or you could even make a triangular card! Just have fun with 3-sided figures on your card today.
Don't forget to use the keyword WT414 in your upload so we can all see it.
Here's a link to my samples ~ One and Two
Here's a link for the complete WT414 gallery .
Here are a couple of samples from me.
For the second one I used a triangular base - but also the other two sides have paper with triangles in the design.
A good one Sabrina. I've never tried a triangular card, but I'm sure they are not that difficult. I won't be able to do one until later today, as we have a family funeral.

I was a bit challenged today- but used a doily folded in a triangle for my base, and an envelope for my background for today's triangles. See details in my gallery posting as I have to go to work soon. Here's It's Mice To Be Loved Happy Valentine's Day!

Thanks for the fun challenge, Sabrina! I'm pretty sure a heart is a triangular shape so that's what I'm going with, lol. Here's my Love You More . Thanks so much for looking!

Reason: Changed the picture of card
Wanted to make a Valentine for my DH, who is so thoughtful- so I took Fiskar's Latte Love set, and colored my images, paper piecing the sentiment. Added a triangular snippet of black and white gingham ribbon with a smiley heart, and a reverse cut heart surrounding 2 felt hearts. My background is another triangle- a patterned envelope from SU. Here's The Perfect Blend

I made an envelope- and accented the 3 triangles with green dp. Added my "new to me" Curious Muzzie image, and used TPC Studio's Sewing stamp set. Made a "spool of thread" - paper pieced onto the stamped image- and added some buttons with dimensionals. Here's Cute As A Button

For Sabrina's challenge I used triangles to make a Joyfold type card. It worked quite well with the point of the triangle tucking under the circle from the star so the card stays closed. I didn't intend to make a Christmas card but in looking for a stamp that would lend itself to a triangle I saw the tree from Snow Swirled - and we turned to Christmas! Here It Is

All I had was: Count Down to 3: So I used 3 words, 2 Gems, and 1 Embossed Panel. I didn't realize we had to have a triangle. Sorry . Thanks for Looking!
