Cupid & Friends� Progressive Challenge
Cupid is always close at hand during this month of
Love and Romance!! This month that lil' ol' angel of love will start the first task of the February Progressive Challenge below.

This month�s challenge will work the same way the Santa�s Sack Progressive Challenge worked in December. If you�re the task poster for a week, don�t worry about having a sample page right away--just post the �steps� for the task that week and link your page in that thread as usual when you do get it done. (See
** below.)
Cupid's Task 1 - Feb. 5, 2013:
1. Open a 12x12 document and add a background paper. You can layer one or two more solid or patterned papers, if desired. Use any colors you want, it doesn�t
have to be a Valentine or page about love (although that might be fun!)
2. Place 3 narrow vertical strips, approx 10� - 11� in length on the middle of the page. They can be plain, torn, zigzag, ribbons, string, scalloped or any other design. Have them overlap or cross-cross each other a little.

NOW UPLOAD:
- Remember to first save your page in its original version to maintain your layers, so you'll be able to make changes/additions in Task 2.
- Save your page for the web as a .jpg (600x600 or less) & upload to the Gallery by adding the keyword
DGSCPR009Task1 and
SBC13FEB when you upload. Please also post a link to this week�s work in this thread!

How the rest of the month will work:
**Week 2: Cupid will open the Task 2 challenge thread on Tuesday morning (02/12) and the first Cupid�s Helper (player) who checks the Task 2 thread will add Post #2 with their
own steps for Task 2 (2 or 3 steps, please). (
Only one person per week does this, though�otherwise Cupid�s arrow might go a little crazy and we could have a love fest on our hands!) Once the task steps have been posted, everyone will do that week�s challenge and post it, the same as always.
Week 3: Same process as week 2, but with Task 3.
Week 4: On the last Tuesday of the month of Romance, Cupid will, one last time, post the Task thread and the first person posting a reply in the Task 4 thread will add the final steps.
