Carpe Diem problem
I placed an order with them, which is now on hold. They said my security code and mailing address were wrong--this is the first time this has happened.
They said to call, which I have tried to do several times, and they do not answer the phone, to straighten out this matter.
I am at a loss on how these two things could be wrong and why they don't answer phone calls.
Has anyone had an experience like this?
