CAS (Clean & Simple) Favorites for the week ending January 20, 2013
Hi CAS stampers. My turn to start this awesome thread. Looks like there are many more creative Valentine's Day samples this week :p You will also be inspired by samples of colorful CAS cards.

WooHoo, thanks, Nancy, for choosing the thoughts and prayers card. Did you know that was the first time I'd participated in a featured stamper challenge? Ever?! After Lynn did a queen CASE from my gallery, I HAD to CASE one for hers.
I was honored to have been chosen as queen for the day this week, which was a happy surprise and a humbling experience. To have SO many clever crafters take my CAS efforts and turn them into fabulous CASEs-- Well, it�s simply awesome. The QFTD148 gallery is full of great efforts. Here�s a few stand-outs:

Need help linking your Favorites? Follow these steps.
1. Load this week's Favorites thread in your first browser tab. Scroll down and click the Go Advanced button.
2. Open a second tab (or a separate window). Go to the Gallery and click on "My Favorites."
3. Click on a card you have saved. At the top, highlight the web address. Hit Ctrl+C to copy.
4. Switch back to the first tab and hit Ctrl+V to paste your link there. Hit Enter twice to add a blank line. Repeat as many times as needed for all your links.
5. Click the Preview Post button and check that your links work. Then click the Submit Reply button.

Sorry to be so late with my favorites but i had the chance to go visit my mom and I took it! The Queen for the Day challenge honoring Brenda led to some beautiful CASEd cards including: CASing Brenda by darleenstamps with some beautiful touches of pearls and piercing as well as the pretty punched border Because I Care by BarbieP with the perfect bg for a pretty stamp and really pretty colors and stamping on For You Queen Brenda by peeps321 From the inspiration challenge I loved the pretty leaves with the scored sentiment panel on Thank you IC372 by sweetnsassystamps and the gorgeous blues with embossed gold on Sari Inspired CKM by LilLuvsStampin
I loved the crisp blue against white with great textures on Welcome, Baby by LindaKeal
I was impressed by the pastel additions to the cork die cuts on Colored Cork by stiz2003
