Default Spellbinders Question

I have just a few Spellbinders dies and they are metal. They are fairly ornate and cut out perfectly.

My question is: Are the extremely ornate Spellbinders made of metal too or all they that felt stuff like Sizzlits?

I was looking at these Medallions for example: Click Here

All the Spellbinders I have seen or used are metal. Can't say they all are for sure though but my guess is yes, all are metal.
