Default Prismacolor Pencils Color Chart....

EDIT: The attachments have been updated 11.15.2012

Frankly, I can't remember where the original chart came from (I think Paula)...however, I just edited it to include the new colors. I now have a chart for all 150 colors with spaces to fill in just like a Copic chart. I file my papers and colors in color order not ROYGBIV...I find it much easier for me to go from light to dark.

I am going to follow Dana's example and color using pressure from light...to medium...to hard to get a color spectrum for each pencil.

I hope someone can use them.

Cathy, thanks for the chart. I have converted it to print out in Alphabetical order and also Numerical order just to make my life simpler. One thing I am wonder is about is whether a couple of the names have changed over the years as my PC947 is labelled Dark Umber not Dark Brown and my PC1103 is labelled Caribbean Sea not Caribbean Blue. Just wondering about these colors.

Thank you for pointing that out to me. My eyes were pretty buggy and I have edited them to reflect the changes.

Cathy,

Thanks for this chart!!! It's a great way for me to not only keep track of what each color looks like, but also which pencils I have!

I'll get a lot of use out of it, thanks again,

Thanks for the updated chart. It made me remember that I haven't used my pencils for a while. Must get them out.

Thanks so much for this chart. I've been using a "hand printed" one I made up for my book, but I like yours much better! Thanks again!

edited to ask a question:
" I have converted it to print out in Alphabetical order and also Numerical order just to make my life simpler."
Can anyone tell me how to do this with the excel file? Thank you!

Hi there, I actually got my husband to convert the chart to Alpha and Numericial order as I am hopeless with using Excel. I will see if I can attach those files on here.

Does anyone know where I could get a chart just like this, only with the colors already there?

This is wonderful. I've just gotten into using my Prismas again and have been looking for a chart in shade order as well as alpha and numeric. Thanks!
