Hi, I am Jill. Can I PLEASE join you two in this endeavor? I feel like I am so behind in all the things mentioned in the OP that all I do is get further and further behind each day. Then to ease the stress I grab a handful of healthy (NOT) foods! So, I also have gained a pound or 50. I tried to get hubby to help me be accountable but he doesn't do it right. He goes down the list and makes it sound like any moron could get it done. Just start with one thing. All that does is depresses me.
