Is anyone else having problems with it? I am trying to check out and it won't let me.

It is not letting me sign in... I enter the information and it goes back to the same screen. it is showing I am signed in as "premium subscriber" but not with my username like it usually does. It is even showing my subscription account balance.

It's been really slow the past day or so and it's not my internet service. Everything else is loading really fast... just the Silhouette store. Weird... and frustrating.

Well it seems to be working fine now... YAY! I have lot to do with my Silhouette today and this was driving me nuts.

The site may be slow because the weekly freebie was just posted so there may be a gazillion people grabbing it. It has to go into the cart even though it is free

Their site has been wonky for a few days...hope it gets fixed soon!

Their site has been veeeerrrryyy slow ever since the Black Friday sales and the upgrade to show different world currencies. There is a note on their facebook page saying that they're working on it but can't give any sort of timeline as to when it will be fixed...
