I am tempted to join this. The stamp sets look interesting. It would also force me to start collecting seasonal sets, an area I have neglected.
Anyone belong to it? What do you think? One of my concerns is that I don't want to receive sets with religious sentiments or images. Holidays are fine. Just no prayers or God or scripture quotes. I would not have a use for them.

My impression of the Unity KOM is that each one is an eclectic hodge podge of stamps-- you could probably sell the singles if you got any you didn't want. If it's a deal breaker that you might possible get a handful of stamps (though I doubt it'd be more than 1 or 2) that you don't want-- and they could be religious, but they could also be secular sentiments or just images-- then you probably should not join. There's always going to be that possibility in a kit club.
I don't blame you, because I don't want those kinds of stamps, either, and I pass on a LOT of companies' product because of it. But the KOM is really almost like a grab bag IMO-- some it you will love, and some of it you'll set aside to give away.
and I looked at a few others, also some nice images.
It's not a deal breaker if I get the odd religious stamp. But I don't know... you only have to commit for three months and then you can cancel. Still.
Thinking.
Thanks for your take on it.

I do not get their Kit of the Month, because I may not want every stamp, but I do get their Stamp of the Week and I can gift it to someone if I do not care for it...Much more affordable and cute stamps!

My two cents... Unity stamps are excellent quality and the KOTM's are a great value. I've always liked that they put a variety of images in their kits. Like someone said above, if there is one or two of the bunch that you don't like I'm sure someone would be happy to take it off your hands.

Thanks for that, Jeanne. I am definitely considering giving it a try.

I agree! I have been a KOTM club member for a long time. Beautiful red rubber stamps with a wonderful variety. I do not remember ever getting any religious stamps in any of the sets, other than various holiday sentiments. I think you will be happy with this club.

Thanks Julie. After reading your post I quit dithering and signed up. I'll give it a try! I can cancel in three months if it doesn't suit me, and send any stamps I don't like to my sister.
I just need to push myself out of my stamp rut (too many of certain things) and it's too hard to do one stamp at a time. Maybe this will do it. Let someone throw me some curves. Stuff I'd never pick out on my own.

I love the Unity KOTM, too. I had to quit because of budget issues also but if I could have continued I sure would have. The stamps are so cute and such a wonderful variety. Its a great value!
I used to belong to the KOTM club but like others, due to budget constraints I stopped....but gee, after seeing that December kit - I'm VERY tempted again!
I haven't gotten anything from them yet - I only joined and paid my first month on the 8th of December. I have no idea if I will be getting the December kit or the next one. I'll report back when I do get my first kit and tell you how I like it.
