This is my story!
1. Okay girls, its December now and we are about to get real busy with the hustle and bustle of Christmas! But, hold on there! Before you get too involved with Christmas plans, we are headed to Disneyland for a little fun and relaxation, maybe a little Christmas shopping? Before we set out down the road to Christmas at the end of December, follow me to Disneyland and Tea!! Whoot!
2. You would think that planning a teaparty in Disneyland for 42,000 Teapotters would be a piece of cake! (Where's the cookies?) But no, just my luck, I pick a time when Disneyland is all in an uproar! Who knew that December 2012 would be chosen to remodel the Disneyland Castle? No wonder we all got free room and board! Good Lord! There are no rooms, no decor! Why, there's not even a door! Everyone's all in a tizzy, running around going dizzy! The staff's all confused and management is not amused! See that gal dressed in yellow? She met that handsome young fellow! She then said, "See ya later!" Turn's out she's the decorator! And another small factor, the man was the contractor! Well, now you can see, why we can't have our tea! Why our rooms were absolutely free! Hey, don't look at me!
3. Gimme a break, Jake. Our fun is at stake! Jake is head of management and he's made a deal with the staff. He has managed to find a new building crew but the decorating is up to Lou! Lou is head of entertainment and oh, that Lou, he doesn't have a clue! Don't make me laugh, he left it up to the staff? They are all in a tizzy, running around going dizzy! They can't decide on paint, oh my, did Lou just faint?
Mickey says red, has he lost his head?
Even Minnie disagreed to the color he said.
As a matter of fact, Minnie says black.
But wouldn't it look like a dirty old shack?
Pluto said blue, then he fell out of the canoe.
It's below 32 and he still can't find his shoe!
Donald likes yellow, but who believes that fellow?
Ducks are too quacky, they decorate sorta tacky!
And then there is Dumbo, is there a color called jumbo?
No, you say? Okay, then he chooses gray!
Peter Pan is the man, and he's all about tan....
But don't you think tan, is just a little bit bland?
Daffy says plaid, it will start a new fad!
How many drinks has he had? Just a tad, just a tad!
Well, if it isn't Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum!
You won't choose a color? You just want Daffy's Rum?
Decorating school? Don't be a fool!
Don't make me laugh, no one went from our staff!
Whoa, settle down Tink, tell me, what do you think?
It should be gold! Or possibly pink!
Hear Ye! Hear Ye! The color's been chosen!
Now let's go find Pluto, he just might be frozen!
4. Hallelujah! Turns out Tinkerbell went to decorating school! She's all in a tizzy, she's making me dizzy. She's mad and upset, just look at her fret! She's not all that merry, no one believes before she was a fairy, she did castle decor! All we have to do is bring the goods, decorate and paint! She's undecided, she can't seem to think, so everyone settled on a shiny gold and shades of pink. The quicker we work, the sooner we play and we'll all have our tea, come what may!
CHALLENGE TRANSLATION:
Make a card in shades of pink and gold in a Disneyland theme. Use Disney characters and if you don't have any, just bring a pink and gold card sporting something to decorate the Disneyland castle with! Don't forget the landscaping out of doors!
If you bring red, black, blue, yellow, gray, tan or plaid, you have to come in the back door! Ha ha! Had you going! There is no back door, the contractor demolished it right before he left town with the floosie in yellow!

(Mrs. Boz). DeAnna is CarrollAnn's best friend as well as daughter. DeAnna has been diagnosed with HeR2 breast cancer and already has had a double mastectomy. She will be entering into the stage where her life will be filled with chemotherapy sessions soon. It's going to be a tough year or so.....
