I hate not sleeping! My wake up time is usually around 2 am. It used to be so bad I felt like I was going to crawl out of my skin. I would have to get up and move about I just could not lay there, there was no way. It's gotten a little better, but most of the time I do wake up. I have a nook so sometimes I just read, sometimes I can go back to sleep. Exercise helps, I also started taking an over the counter med called "I-Cool". My night sweats are usually not so bad now and it has helped with a few other issues.
