Favorite music: I’m hooked on Adele

Favorite workout/sport: I hate exercise….but I’m committing to walking during these next 4 months
Favorite activities: Reading, stamping, sewing…and my treadmill is my new BFF!
Low fat snacks or drinks you like: Crystal Light, coffee, tea, gum…no foods please!
Anything else you would like to share: I've been divorced 10 years and finally started dating again. My "friend" is taking me to Europe (London & Paris) this goal is to be thin enough that I won't need a seat belt extender on the airplane! (Not that it matters to him, but it sure does to me.)
Preferences for lotions/bath items/candles or such, since it’s about relaxing/stress relief this time? I take 2-3 bubble baths every day…I love any lotions, bath items, and candles!
