Problems with Illuminate glimmer ink from SU

Anyone have trouble with it drying? I got a pad and stamped some images. Three weeks later it was rubbing off. I sent it back. So disappointing because I just love the look of it. I did use the heat gun trying to solve the issue but it didn't help. So did you have the same problem and if so what did you do? I really want this and am thinking about giving it another try.

I haven't used mine a whole lot, but the only time I had trouble getting it to dry was on the silver cardstock. It dried fine on navy and cherry cobbler, and I also used a heat gun too.

I haven't had any issues with my pad, it is one of my favorite things out of the catalog. I would ask for a replacement!

Hmmmmm....I haven't had any trouble when I heat set it. Not sure what the deal is. Maybe it is a bad batch?? I DID stick my thumb in a snowflake last night before I'd set it right after I'd stuck my thumb in an image I'd just embossed and wasn't dry yet. Yeesh! So, that card is just lovely, lol!
