You can use the Silhouette Studio software if you're not right now. Its free and you can download it from the Silhouette America site. Bird also has a forum now specifically for cutting machine users. If you go to her website, there is a link there to get to the forum.
She usually provides most of the file types that work in most cutters (gsd, studio, dxf, svg, ai, & pdf). If you're using Silhouette, you need "open" the file rather than import (import is for bringing in studio files to your library) if its a file type other than .studio (ie gsd or dxf). If you're using RoboMaster, I recommend switching to the Silhouette software.
