Found you! I haven't done anything for a month in my craft room. Just using my stash, or what I had made special ahead of time. Now need to get busy on everything! Already mailed out several November birthday cards.
I will look at the challenges and hopefully be back!
I really only have this baby card and two birthday cards for this month, this is the card for our new grandson who is arriving today. Its a multi fold card which opens up two ways, the inside is decorated with baby items and a verse with ribbon.
This was a quick card for Joey our Grandson, I didnt want him to feel left out so I made him this card as he is very excited at becoming a big brother.
I posted the November 1st challenge.
Sorry I've been MIA. Work is crazy busy and my elderly parents have had health issues.
I've got five birthday's this month and I'm trying to get some little gifts made by Thursday for a professional organization I belong to. I've had little time to craft in the past couple of months.
Here's the challenge: Let's make it easy with a fall card or a thank you card but, you must also combine it with another challenge on Splitcoast. For example, make a thank you card with the color combination challenge or a fall card with a Verve sketch. When you post in this thread, tell me which other challenge you used. Be sure to post to the other challenge thread!
You'll get lot's of love that way!!!

I should add that most of the challenges here on Splitcoast don't have a due date. so you can combine with any of the challenges.
Here's my card: Fall Tiger Lily
It fits the Fan Club theme of fall, color combo challenge CC392, and I used My Favorite Things sketch MFTWSC95.
I went out on a limb and assumed this challenge number is AOCC12U, since that would be the next number. (I think Kelly is really busy with work.)
Let's see your cards!

Reason: added kink to example
OKay, it had been almost two months since I uploaded a photo! And since then I got a new camera. The photo was too large, so had to figure out how to resize. Cropping isn't the same I guess. Anyway finally did it!
So here is my fall card for Dianne's challenge. And i hope I used the right keywords.
Can't even remember how to do that. Wow. Long time of not crafting!
Thank you for getting me started again Dianne!
Oh, and I used two other challenges: Free 4 all Distress before you stress and Ways to Use It- Coloring with Markers. I also put these challenges in my description. But let me know if the key word for your challenge is right. I just used the next letter.

Your card for Charlie is just adorable! Nice.

Great challene, Diane. Yes, you thought right. I've been swamped and it's worse when Bob is home because I can't spend the 12-15 hours a day at the keyboard I do when he's gone.
Thanks for posting the challenge. I've added it to the Master List.

Very pretty card, Sharon. How thoughtful, too.

Oops, I posted this in the general AOCC12 thread. My mind has not yet cleared from being totally focused on HYCCT. Also from dealing with gout in my right foot for more than 3 weeks. It's 90% better now, but now I'm anemic and will being seeing a lot of doctors and having a lot of tests over the next few weeks. - It's allllways sumthin' -
I only have about 5 cards to send in November so far. I sent one from my stash for a birthday on 11/4. I made a Thanksgiving/thank you card today, but forgot to post it here, so here it is now:
I was sorting and cleaning my craft room, before beginning my next project.
I rearranged EFs and Dies. I counted 40 EFS! And, I have two more ordered from SU! What do I need that many for? That is redicoulous!
Now the terrible part, some have never been out of the package!
So my challenge is for you to make a card with something you have never used yet, but had for a while. Be sure and tell us in the description what you you used that you had never used before. Share a story about it if you want, here or in the description.
Be sure and include the kewords AOCC12. Have fun!
I was going to post the card Ive made for my SIL but Ive just realised I forgot to take a photo!! Senior moment I think!!!
Don't feel bad, I've done that more than once. And then there are all the cards that I've made for someone, that I THOUGHT I've sent, only to find them on my craft table, months later.

I actually mailed 6 cards today, but only had to make the one, the rest were from my stash. Definitly need to begin making cards again! LOL
I have some birthday cards to make for December. I guess I better start thinking about those. It is funny; I have some cards left in my stash, but I don't like them. Do any of you ever end up with cards you don't like?
Sharon I have cards I've made and when I get them out to post them I don't particularly like them, eventually I either cut them up and revamp them or eventually they get thrown out.
I've been making cards in November, and I've been sending cards - either from my stash or newly made. I just haven't had time to edit and upload. I did take a bunch of photos the last week, so if I send them, I will still have the photo.
I actually participated in two challenges this morning and made
Hey Val
I wish I were busy creating with stamps and ink and paper. LOL
Been busy writing. I completed the rough draft (except a prologue I'm writing today) of a new novel - in 15 days! I still have the freelance stuff to take care of but November is National Novel Writing month. A Challenge I've taken part in every year for the past 10 years.

I am SO impressed Kelly! You have been very creative if you can write a novel in 15 days! I sure would like to read something you've written.
I always thought I'd like to write, but never got around to it. I can think up story lines, but not endings. I think I would be a lot better at writing non-fiction, but I don't have enough confidence to do that. Well, I have plenty to do making cards and doing church stuff, so I don't feel bad about not writing.
