MMTPT225 ~ November 19, 2012 ~ A Pox on that Destructive Fox!
WELCOME TO TEAPOT TUESDAY MMTPT225 AND
THE SISTERHOOD OF THE TRAVELING TEAPARTY<O:p</O:p
A pox on that destructive fox. November 20, 2012
<O:p Meet the Fab Five: Liam, Paco, Sadie, Bubba and Contessa. <O:p</O:p
These terriers couldnt be merrier when theyre on the trail of a known pest.<O:p</O:p If your garden is raided, call the dogs that are dedicated to prevent your crops and plants from being eaten. A Jack Russells devotion cant be beaten. Well sniff him out and hunt him down whether through the country or town. We love to go to ground, unlike a tall sight hound. <O:p</O:p Were bred to go down a hole because varmint eradication is our goal.<O:p</O:p If we get mucky dont make a fuss, dirt and mud dont bother us.<O:p</O:p
<O:p</O:p You say a fox has trampled your fescue? Well be right there; well come to your rescue. Hes trodden the flowers and eaten the veg! There he is hiding under that hedge. Were hunting dogs born and bred. We love to chase foxes whether gray or red. He may be foxy, but weve got moxie.<O:p</O:p <O:p</O:p Hes bolted, after him, hurry! that reddish nuisance that is furry.<O:p</O:p The terriers all were hot on the heels of their prey with incomparable zeal.<O:p</O:p Weve tracked him to town now weve got to wait for him to come down.<O:p</O:p The roof of a tea room is now his perch. Ha, he thinks hes left us in the lurch.<O:p</O:p Being English you see, wed love to stop for a spot of tea. <O:p</O:p The Fox & Terrier Tea Room is under our watchful eyes. When Mr. Fox comes down well give him a surprise. He can bask up on top of the Tea Rooms roof, but when he comes down well make him disappear in a poof!<O:p</O:p <O:p</O:p CHALLENGE TRANSLATION:<O:p</O:p Bring dogs, flower gardens and vegetable gardens.<O:p</O:p If you bring a fox you have to come in the back door.<O:p</O:p
Special Note: Get Well Soon is NOT an appropriate sentiment if you choose to mail your card to the Destination Station recipient, George. Without the surgery George has been given 6 - 20 months to live. <O:p</O:p
EXTRA POINTS FOR EXTRA COOKIES (EPEC): Bring a Jack Russell terrier
DESTINATION STATION: This week our destination is Meadowbrook, PA. If you would like a destination for your card this week, how about sending it to George? George was brought to our attention by fellow Teapotter Fran (philsmom). Some of you may know that Fran is an avid lover of Jack Russell doggies! Fran's friend, George is also a Jack Russell lover, owner and a breeder. He has also battled cancer and was given the all clear last year. However, upon reexamination in October of this year, the doctors determined that the all clear given was in error. As of this writing, George has opted to have surgery, a very risky one requiring months of recuperation away from his home and his dogs.
For more information as well as the address to mail your card to please visit Post #324in the Teapot Tuesday Destination Station Thread. Please remember that just because you participate in a Teapot Tuesday challenge that is combined with a card drive request, it does not mean that you are REQUIRED to send your cards. It is totally 100% voluntary!
Be sure to you use KEYWORD MMTPT225 in your upload and post a comment here so we can all see your card!
Ever want to get a jump on next week's challenge card? SCS has given Cindy (Mothermark) permission to create an email Teapot Tuesday Cheater Group and email the challenge out on the Saturday before the Tuesday of the challenge so you girls can have the weekend to make your card. Send her a pm with your email address if you wanna be a Cheater!
If you are confused about these challenges, see the first sticky post of this thread for more information. There is also a directory of individual challenges.

Rosalia, I hope some one can help - I have no idea!
There is a forum for technical kinds of questions - at the bottom of what I call the table of contents page.
To my fellow teapotters Thank you! My heart is glad to see how much teapotter love is on its way to George. I know this will have a positive impact on him. I am so grateful for each of you and your willingness to share your talents. Briggsy & Baci thank you too!
Hey everyone. I am late this week but I had already decided on this image and had it printed out. So I got up this morning and made my card. Here is mine:
