Oozak is the best I hear. If you buy $50 worth of Copics you get Free shipping
I, myself, have never placed an order yet, but the Ladies at my LSS (local scrapbook store) have raved about them often. And if 15 women are raving about it, it Must be good. The best part of the company is the customer service, I am told. When you place an order, often you get a shipping notice later that day that they have been shipped and often arrive 2 -3 days later!! I want to place an order soon, but I'm just waiting for funds ;)
Merriartist has same prices as Oozak, and has great customer service. They also always have everything in stock and also free shipping with purchase of $90
I think it depends on where you live. I live in Canada, so the best place for me is One Crazy Stamper. Most of the companies in the US charge terrible shipping rates to Canada so this works best for me!

Even with the shipping added in, it is still cheaper for Canadians to buy from Oozak (especially with the dollar pretty much at par).
Make sure you register at Oozak and sign in. It is totally free and you get a discounted price that way.
If you want to literally buy one a day, you can get them for $4.20 each at Hobby Lobby with their 40% off coupon (regular price $6.99). But again, that is for ONE per day. And their colors are somewhat limited. Mine does sell the three marker blending groups now too.
I buy from Oozak and Merriartist. They are close in price with Oozak being slightly cheaper. Oozak has a lower free shipping threshold (50 vs. 90) Both have outstanding customer service. I find Merriartist to have faster shipping but that is probably because we are both located in California.
I, too, am a big fan of Oozak and Rusty. One clarification to the above, if you order $50 worth of merchandise, shipping is free (to US). It doesn't have to be just Copics. I also get my refills for my ATG tape gun from them, and various other things. This was mentioned before, but if you register and log in you will see lower prices.
One more thing, and VERY IMPORTANT: If you're just starting out collecting Copics, and if you can afford it, there is a 25th anniversary set out now, in limited production. It's not new colors--they're the most popular ones, barrel shaped like the Sketch markers, but with a black barrel. What makes them so special is that while a Sketch marker has the super brush end and a medium broad nib, the anniversary set has a super brush end and a standard fine end. The fine tip is just heaven to work with because you can make really fine lines. It's a set of 36 markers, and not discounted in price (the same price as buying 36 markers), but this combination of tips is the selling point. So much so that even though I already had 11 of these colors, I bought the set anyway (big splurge!).

So far I have managed to dodge the 'copic' bullet but was curious what all the fuss was about. We have a Curry's Art Store within driving distance and I purchased a few (5 to be exact) to give it a test. They were $3.95 each Canadian. The scrapbook store locally has them for $7.49...YIKES!!! just a little difference.

I just checked the Curry's site and they have a sale right now on the Ciao markers for $3.49. That's only 8 more than Oozak, but the kicker is its free shipping on $50 or more. That makes a big difference for us canucks.... Plus, its a Canadian store so its always nice to support the local stores. Glad I held off my order to oozak (not that I don't love their service), but I've dealt with Curry's and their customer service is just as good.
Try Jerry's Artarama as their regular price is $5.24 per marker everyday. Then when they have specials they offer 20% off orders over $100 and 15% off over $75. I just purchased some Sketch markers for $4.19 each and received FREE shipping. Just put www and then the name (without apostrophe) and .com after....
I'll have to give Jerry's Artarama a look. We have one here in town. Of course since I live in the Northwest corner everything seems so far away especially since we only really have DH's car now as mine won't start.

I live on the West Coast so I go online to shop. Not sure if in store pricing is the same. I just know that $4.19 per marker is a great price! Happy coloring!
