Default Speedball Press ~ Great Impression with large/all stamps

You all have helped me so much over the last 3.5 years....... I want to give some help back.

I have a very large collection of rubber stamps.......... I consider each stamp a miniature work of art. Unfortunately, through the last couple of years, my collection of stamps that make poor impressions has also grown. The larger the stamp, the more I struggle to get a clear and crisp impression. I searched the net and tried lots of remedies......... stamping on a cushion of cardstock, stamping on a mousepad, stamping on a phonebook. At one point, my DH suggested I stand on a difficult stamp :-) The list goes on and on......... The other night I came across this video by Colleen, 47CMC, on YouTube. This video and the Speedball Press have made every stamp in my collection usable again.......... including wood mounted, cling mounted, and acrylic. Thank you, Colleen.

Tip for Stamping with Large Background Stamps - YouTube

I purchased the press and it arrived 2 days later........ It has made me fall in love with stamping all over again......

All the stamps I struggled with but loved are now usable........... You can see my blog for my test comparisons, I don't know how to post a picture here :-((( ............ I am in no way affiliated with Speedball, but this is a must have tool for stampers!

Mini Album Cookbook: Speedball Press ~ "Must have" for stampers ~ How to get great impressions from all your stamps!!!

Thanks, SCS Creative People, for all your help over the past 3.5 years. I hope this will be a help to some of you :-)

Going on my wish list for xmas...or I might treat myself before then. Amazon seems to have the best price.

I took the Speedball Press to my LSS ............. it was used all day by anyone who wanted to give it a try. Every stamper left wanting one! I bought a box of my "impossible to stamp crisply" stamps for people try. People are excited about stamping again :-)

Very cool. You could use that for nature printing.

Not a very big investment, considering your return on it! It sounds like it has revitalized your papercrafting! That's priceless!

Just had a look at the video- I think I may have a use for my old Red Sizzix, that sits forgotten on the shelf, lol! Pretty sure it would do the same thing.

I am also, Amber. It just took one tool to remove the frustrations and I was right back to stamping again.
