Smile ColorBox Chalk Ink and CreativePlayStamps

I could not find Clearsnap ColorBox Chalk Ink Pads in any of our local stamp stores, so I went to the internet and found the full collection on the Creative Play Stamps website. I received my package with a couple of other items, but the ink pad was damaged (the pad had come off the bottom of the case). I emailed Clearsnap to find out whether it was a problem and had no response. So I contacted Creative Play Stamps, and they contacted their representative at Clearsnap and got back to me with the name and address at Clearsnap to return the ink pad for a replacement and a little gift to cover my postage. Shortly thereafter, I received a new ink pad and a reinker. I am so pleased and wanted to share my good experience with both of these companies. Art at Creative Play Stamps was responsive and kind and felt so badly that I had such a difficult time. But it reinforced my good experience with them and will definitely shop there again.

I love the ColorBox Chalk Inks, and if you can't find them, try shopping at Creative Play Stamps - Rubber Art Stamps. And I am also so pleased that Clearsnap stands behind their products too! Customer service goes a LONG way in my book!

Thanks!

Creative Play is my favorite on-line store. I've always had good experiences with them.
