I wouldn't worry too much about the juried show. I have been able to enter in many juried shows over the years. Last year, I had one turn me down. It kind of shocked me because people often contact me to invite me to their shows.
They said my crafts were "not suitable for their venue". lol
Some are just wanting higher priced works of art, and downplay the attraction of the table with lots of small gifts. If they only knew how many people would gather aroung my table at once, which gets people to stick around longer.
If they turn you down, it will be their loss - because your stuff it great!

And the snowman chocolate bars will do great. I easily sell 200 per year. For one busy show, I would make at least 50. I only make so many, any then stop selling them because I don't want to have leftovers (which I will have to eat)!!
