2016 UPDATE:Stampin Up Color Inventory chart - from retired to 2016 - 2018 in colors
Effective July 2017 - I AM SO SORRY TO SAY THAT I AM UNABLE TO UPDATE THIS YEAR AND DO NOT FORSEE WHEN I MIGHT BE ABLE TO. I KNOW MANY HAVE SENT ME PMS OR EMAILS & I AM GRATEFUL FOR YOUR INTEREST. IF SOMEONE WANTS TO TAKE OVER AND UPDATE, PLEASE FEEL FREE. YOU AREN'T STEPPING ON MY TOES. IT'S KIND OF A PAIN TO WORK WITH & UPDATE AS I FOUND OUT WHEN I TOOK OVER THIS YEARS AGO & I NEVER HAD THE TIME TO START FROM SCRATCH AND MAKE IT EASIER. THANKS FOR YOUR GRACE. LIFE HAS NOT ALLOWED FOR ME TO STAMP FOR QUITE SOME TIME WHICH MAKES ME VERY SAD. BLESSINGS TO ALL - KAREN
UPDATED MAY 2016 - PLEASE FIND ATTACHED AN EXCEL AND PDF VERSION OF STAMPIN UP COLOR FAMILIES - BOTH CURRENT AND RETIRED, INCLUDING THE LATEST 2016 - 2018 IN COLORS.
The Excel version seems to print the "prettiest". And, since I'm sharing the Excel version with you, you can customize/change things if you like. Of course, if you find errors, please let me know so I can also correct.
One document is the SAME FORMAT as past years (if you have used it before). The other is an UPDATED LOOK FORMAT for the CURRENT COLOR FAMILIES so the order of the colors match the order in the catalog and the headings are updated for more current items. If you have never used this before, I recommend going with the UPDATED LOOK Format.
Lastly, if you have an older version of Excel, just email me and I should be able to email you the correct format of an Excel doc.

IF you are looking for Avery LABELS that you can print with the Stampin Up colors on them, I have another post for you HERE that has been updated July 2016.
This is not meant to be an all inclusive chart - but a quick and condensed guide to what colors you have and what stuff you have in each color.
If you find any mistakes, please email me at [email protected] and I'm happy to fix. Also, if you can't open the attachments email me and I will email to you directly.
Wow, you are something! I print this off everytime i need to count my inventory, i don't like "eraser" marks. I know, can we all say "OCD" Thanks for taking the time to do it and figure out how to get it on this website! Very much appreciated! hugs, cheryl
THANK you all so much for your kind comments! I really appreciate it and am glad to know there are those of you out there that can use and benefit from this chart. (Even those of you fellow OCD's) ;) ;)

Thank you so much. I invested in the stamp pads back in 2004--right before they changed the color families, and since then they've changed them again. This list has all of their colors and i'm able to catalog all of my colors. I really appreciate your hard work on this!!!
For several years I've kept up with updating a color inventory chart that I got from someone else and made a lot of adjustments to. Here is the updated and current chart showing the newest Stampin Up in colors (Calypso Coral, Island Indigo, Lucky Limeade, Pool Party, Wisteria Wonder). This is not meant to be an all inclusive chart - but a quick and condensed guide to what colors you have and what stuff you have in each color.
If you find any mistakes, please email me at [email protected] and I'm happy to fix. Also, if you can't open the attachments email me and I will email to you directly.
I'm also attaching a list of the SU colors on Avery 8160/6460/5160 label sheets that can be printed (30 labels per sheet). I use them on file folders as my label for my cardstock.
Thanks for checking these out. If they are helpful to you - please leave a comment and pass on the link. THANKS
Karen Williamson in Colorado Springs;)
I would like find the new inventory with the newest colors. Does anybody have one yet?
I have updated my inventory spreadsheets & labels - but am waiting on SU to release the 2012-2014 in color RGB codes so I can put the color on the spreadsheets. SU has said they will release that info on June 1st - so as soon as they do and I have them - I will update my spreadsheets on SCS with the newest in colors.

Thank you soo much. I used this last year and was hoping I would find it for this years in colors too. Words can't express how much I appreciate this. Plus my pocket book since I won't be making duplicate purchases. It worked last year for me. Great way to help me stay organized. Thank you again.

OH MY GOSH!!! You are amazing. Hours and hours of hard work is an understatement. People who don't make color charts like this really have no idea just how time consuming it is to type in all those letters and numbers.
Do you know how many of these lists and charts I have seen on blogs for sale? Generous people like you are hard to find.
