Cost of the event �... If you already have a weekend pass for the convention, the event is FREE. This means, your ticket will get you into the convention both days and the make-it/take-it on Sunday. If you do not already have a weekend pass, your tickets may be purchased threw me, Becky O�Donnell by sending a self addressed stamped envelope and $5.00 and I�ll send you the ticket/tickets or they may be purchased at our local stamp store, Buffalo Stamps N� Stuff. You still need to register to attend so we have a count on how many are attending Sunday. This event will be limited to the first 50 people registered and their paperwork sent in. (the event will be paid for by the few tickets that I sell)

This event will include the 7 Fabulous Folds Cards that were done at the Ohio Convention this spring. This class was sold out and very popular. It was taught by instructor Becky O�Donnell. The cards will be done in a make-it / take-it style. Depending on the amount of tickets sold � their maybe extra projects. (So, bring your cameras too.)

Deadline Date � cut off date to sign up for swaps is Friday August 3, 2012 You may still register after this date for the event but the swaps will be closed. I will give out final swap counts that weekend.

To Love what we do and share what we love (taken from the Stampin� Up catalog)

The swaps � The exchange of a designed card front, card, ATC, or recipe card made by you, made multiple times, count for each swap to be announced by the event coordinator shortly after Friday, August 3, 2012 . Please call me if you have never participated in an event such as this for better explanation. These are a lot of fun and you get many new ideas for your making future cards.

You may participate in any one or all of these swaps. These swaps (cards, ATC�s, or Recipe cards) should be completed and brought to the day of the gathering. Please include your name on the back of your swaps. All swaps should be enclosed in a plastic bag with your name written on it.

Swap # 1 � SU (Stampin� Up) Card Front
This is a card front with a minimum of 2 layers and at least one embellishment. All supplies must be current Stampin� Up products and be of demo quality. You do not, however, need to be a demonstrator to participate.

Swap # 2 � NVR Card Front (Non-Vendor Related)
You may use any stamp or supplies from any company of your choosing to complete this card front. Again, this card should have at least 2 layers and one embellishment.

Swap # 3 � Clever Closure Card � Full Card<O:p</O:p
Ever gotten one of those cards that don�t open the everyday way, that is a cleaver closure card. (Maybe a gate-fold, a tri-fold, or a buckle closure). There are hundreds of folds to close your card and we all love a new design. This is a full card, again with at least 2 layers and one embellishment

Swap # 4 � ATC Artist Trading Card)<O:p</O:p
These are miniature works of art traded between artists. They are 2 � inches by 3 � inches in size with at least two layers and one embellishment.

Swap #5 � 6 x 6 Recipe Card<O:p</O:p
This is a 6 inch by 6 inch scrapbook page that includes one of your favorite recipes. Two layers of paper please and one embellishment required. Try to stamp somewhere on the page and have fun. These are great to put into a book for a gift.

Please bring your basic supply kit with you which should include scissors, double stick tape or a tape runner with refills, foam tape, � or thin red line tape and glue dots. Do Not forget your camera which you will want to take pictures of other projects as well as to take pictures at the stamp convention.

Saturday Night, August 25<SUP>th</SUP> ���SHOEBOX SWAP -.for those who want to add another stamping activity to your weekend, there will be a shoebox swap at the Best Western Hotel in <ST1:p<st1:City w:st="on">Lackawanna</ST1:place</st1:City>. A $5.00 dollar cover fee will be charged and only 15 people will be allowed to attend. Sign up now if you want to hold your spot.

Well in August we are flying to visit our English family, we go down south in November, my daughter and grand daughters have just left to drive back down south, they have been visiting up her, so I am feeling sad right now.

I am delighted that my PostMistress, Heather (Quilling Queen) has invited me to join her for a fabby weekend doing what we both love & enjoy! ( I have been making cards for several years, but never have had the pleasure to do it with others!) So, I'm even more excited to be able to meet other ladies from SCS!

Given that this is my very 1st time participating in a venue like this, I am going to do the NVR card front! Now, I just need to figure out what to bring! LOL I can't wait!!!
