There's a nice one there, but for the life of me, I cannot remember the name of it (I visited earlier this year). Good luck! Hopefully the weathermen will be wrong for you!

There was a stamp store in Williamsburg, but unfortunately they closed earlier this year. I would also like to know the name of the scrapbook/stamping store in Va. Beach. Anyone know what it is?

Are you referring to Stamp N Memories? I shopped at their new location this past May. Are they permanently closed now?
Stamp N Memories has relocated, but I'm not sure of the address. I think it's in a shopping center near Merrimac Trail. My neighbor was there a few weeks ago.
The one in VA Beach is Beach Scrapbooks, you'll have to look up the address. There's also a large ACM near there.
There's also Picture to Page, who also has a new owner. It's in York County next to the Walmart.
Good Luck and have fun.

Thanks, ladies. I found Beach Scrapbooks and Picture to Page online. They are about 26-40 minutes from where we're staying. Depending on the weather, I might venture out. I'll let you know what happens. The weather isn't quite as bad as I thought it would be, so we're trying the beach today.
Stamp N Memories is opened at their new location. I was there earlier today. Just happened to be in the area. It's smaller than their previous location, but still packed with a lot of goodies. You can't really see their sign from the road. Goggle still has their old address, but was told that the correct one is on their website. Also, same owners, they were trying to sell, but that fell through.

I live just a few minutes away from Beach Scrapbooks. They have very limited stamps but some great paper. In the same shopping center is a Michael's and a TJ Maxx. Much to my surprise, I will sometimes find some interesting punches there. Not too far away is an AC Moore. That's about it for Virginia Beach in terms of crafty stores. I do hope that we have some sunshine for you while you are in town. Let me know if you need anything!
I should have added that if the weather continues to be not good for the beach, head to the Marine Science Museum just down the road from the oceanfront (less than 10 minutes away). It is such a great place and well worth the admission price, especially if you have kids.
