I'm not sure exactly how to fix this problem, except to say that SU! has an excellent customer service policy. They truly stand by their products and often send replacements no question asked. I have had a customer with a stamp set problem and a new one was in the mail within minutes of my call to SU Customer Service. They didn't even require the marred one to be returned. If a punch is not operational....I would give them a call!
