Default Need Help With Stampin Up! Demonstrator Site Question

I have been out of the stamping loop for over a year now but I'm starting to think about taking it up again. Many years ago I had a SU! demonstrator that I loved but she moved away. I'm trying to find a new SU! demonstrator in my area so I can attend workshops. I have no problem getting the list from the SU! website of demonstrators within a reasonable distance of where I live or seeing a map as to where they are located. But my problem is that when I click on the link for each demonstrator's SU! websites I get a screen with a big blank white space to the left, a decorated border in the middle and, if I scroll over a bit, a section with the demonstrators contact info at the top and the titles of 'events', 'my story', etc but nothing else. None of the titles are clickable and no information shows up. I've tried this with four different demonstrators. I tried turning off 'pop-up blocker' thinking that might be the issue but that doesn't do anything. Can someone who either has a SU! demonstrator website or someone who visits one regularly tell me what the secret is to being able to view the SU! demonstrator websites? Before I contact any of these ladies I wanted to check out what events they have so I'd like to be able to see these sites.

Hey Susan - I think that's your browser. You're not in IE are you?

It looks fine in Chrome & FF.

Yes. I use Internet Explorer. I have Chrome installed on my computer. I just don't like the way it works so I use IE. But I will try switching to that and see if I can see the website that way. Thanks.

Just switched to Chrome and all the demonstrator websites came up fine. Funny that SU! wouldn't support IE. I can't be the only one in the world still using it.

Actually a lot of sites won't work in IE. They just haven't kept up. I get a lot of warnings that some features of sites won't work in IE, so I haven't used it for years.

But I'm glad you're all set now!

You might try your compatibility settings in IE. I have the SU sites listed on my compatibility settings and I have no problem opening them. If you haven't, you might also want to upgrade to IE9.

If you still have trouble try calling Stampin' Up! at 1.800.STAMPUP -- I am sure they can give you a few names.
