LSC55 - One isn't lonely anymore!
This week you'll be using just ONE stamp set  Don't freak! There is one exception ;-)
Remember what it was like being a new stamper with very few sets? It can be very frustrating while having to be patient at budgeting every month for new stamps. Now I know that it doesn't end ;-)
Here are the guidelines:
Stamps: one set (exception: the sentiment can come from another set); no background stamps or wheels
Cardstock and Ink: any colors but NO patterned paper
Techniques: any
Embellishments: any
Here are some wonderful samples to get you inspired!
dawnmercedes - Little Pieces
JanTink - Simply Said
Momto4boys - Looks Like Spring
vmaduzia - Send a Celebration
dbtdolfin - All the Best
lacyquilter - Best of Cluck
I have quite a few in my gallery. Here's one that wasn't inspired/CASED!
jen70 - Sporting Goods
If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping!
Please remember to put LSC55 in the keyword box when you upload. Some people go right to the gallery and search with the keyword to see our cards.
If you need help with uploading your card to the gallery or posting a link, click here!

Happy stamping,
Jen

Thanks Jen...I love this challenge. I got a couple new sets in this week and plan to use them for this challenge. I guess you could say, it's back to the basics! Thank you for doing the challenge and posting it early.

This is the combo card I did yesterday - if it had mesh it would have qualified for all the challenges this week!

Well, I don't think I have ever gone in and created a card as quickly as I did this one! Wow, I wish I could do that more often. I had some MOP paper left from a swap I was doing today and decided to use it for this challenge. It is the first time I have ever done MOP, so I hope it looks ok...I've never seen it done except on virtual cards...LOL. TFL

Barb, that is so not fair! I was going to use that technique, but I needed to sleep first. Maybe I will anyway.

Stamps: one set (exception: the sentiment can come from another set);
This could be a lot of fun but I know I will have withdrawal issues with the background stamps!!

I'm sorry Melody, but yes you should go ahead. So many of us use the same stamp sets. Yours will have a different look and I'm sure it will be great as your work always is! I have to go out with my dd today, but I will look forward to seeing what you do with it when I get home tonight!

I am SOOOOOO excited!! This fits me to a T!! (and if the embellishments were limited too, it would be absolutely perfect!) I was thinking of asking you to do this type of challenge (but never got around to it!!). Hopefully, will get to play (been "goofing" off too much...got to get a few things done today!). If not, I will enjoy looking at all the cards that I can CASE!!

Dawn, it uses white Lumiere dabbed on your cs with plastic wrap & color brayered over it & it's awesome!

Wow, it's amazing how we rely on multiple stamps to do our cards. Well, I've done it, I've made two and I have some stained fingers.
