Big news for little Rhode Island

I heard that Hobby Lobby is coming to Rt.2 in Warwick, R.I. There is a sign up and work is in progress as we speak. I am so excited . It will be in the plaza where Price Rite is. OMG.

Wow! Wished they had built one sooner. That area is packed with all of the craft stores: ACMoore, Joann's, And Michaels, all very close to each other. I love the friendly people working at AC Moore. JoAnn's got great customer service and I hate Michaels. Michaels workers could care less about customers in that location. JoAnn has a lot of current items in stock...and you can use 3 coupons! I just visited a Hobby Lobby in another state and must say that JoAnn's in Warwick carries more current items.

We were up in Manchester, NH a while ago, for a stamp convention and went to HL while we were there. I had been to one in Wisc. Anyway, I bought a lot of paper (not that I needed any), but there were some pretty papers. Also got some stamps that were quite reasonable. Only 1 40percent off coupon though. Bummer. Are you also from RI? If so, where?

We used to live in Warwick but ended up moving out of state. I just discovered HL this week and loved it as well. I wished I had known other stamper's in RI when I was there. I hate going to crop night by myself because my friends are not into crafting.

Was just up that way the other night and ddin't even notice it! I am so excited - used to go to Hobby Lobby when I visited Nashville every year! It is a southern based chain and they are not open on Sundays - but I can live with that!!!!
