Hi All! Believe it or not, I'm probably one of the few people in the world with a computer who has never blogged : ( I'm not sure how this works, so if I don't get back to you right away, please know I'm not snooty or aloof- just ignorant. Please bear with me! I do have a question- for some reason my video tutorials aren't coming up. I know I saw one with Beate doing an any size envelope and I can't find it. I'm very thankful for the step-by-step provided by Nancy Stislow, however It's wonderful and so simple- Thank you, Kathy

Hi Stephanie and greetings to you from Oregon! This is so amazing! I'm very excited to learn from you all! I am also loving your quote from Joseph Chilton Pearce. Very little of my art turns out exactly "right" but I do persist. Most of the time I enjoy the results. Does this make me fearless or merely careless? Either way, I enjoy the Process.

Hi Winnie! Thanks for the welcome! It's so nice to think about stamping "with" someone who is in New York! I would love to show some of my work, but don't know how to do that (yet). Does "Die Cut Diva" mean that you love using your die cut machine? I love all of the cards that use the Nestabilities. They're so intricate and have great depth. Do you work with them? I look forward to chatting with you again soon- Kathy

Hi Kathy and a special welcome to you! I also don't blog or twitter (facebook?? whats that?!) and this is also my first (and only) forum. Glad you like my quote. I think to enjoy the process of art is the most important thing. The product can be seen as more of a learning tool - if you don't like what you end up with then think why, and what you could change. You don't have to like everything you do but that doesn't make it 'wrong'. So, enjoy exploring the forum, you will find everyone very friendly and helpful.
Stephanie

Thanks, Stephanie. I am already enjoying the forum. I like the idea of revisiting our creations to look for improvements. I did check out out your gallery. I love your work and you've inspired me to unearth my brayer! I also want to remember that simple is also very powerful too! Your dandelion card was simply elegant. You seem to like the nature-inspired stamps. I do too!

Wow - thanks for your 'glove' (forum speak for 'gallery love'!) I am glad you are encouraged to get out your brayer. Yes, I love natural images and have lots of shell, flower, leaf, tree, butterfly and dragonfly stamps. I hope you will upload some of your creations soon.
Stephanie
