Default Stampin Up framelits die?

Apoticary Art with Element of Style by Tootsy - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how she did this..... I haven't been able to contact her, so does anyone else know? It is using Framelits.

It uses Spellbinders dies but the technique is the same.
