Welcome back to another fun "Ways To Use It Challenge!"
Whenever I buy a new stamp pad, I usually buy the reinker to go with it. I have lots of reinkers that I seldom use so today my challenge to you is to grab your reinkers and get inky! Just to get your MOJO flowing, there are 9 different techniques using reinkers that can be found HERE on this thread at SCS. Just type reinkers in the search box. Reinkers can also be used to water color a line art stamped image. So get ready to..Get Inky With Reinkers...can't wait to see how you use them!
Please remember to use the keyword WT371 when uploading your card.

I used the baby wipe technique using distress reinkers for my Butterfly Flourish sample.
Toni used the rolling marble technique for her sample.

Oh, Wow!
Oh, wow! Now this is a true challenge for me! I've never used re-inkers to do more than re-ink a pad or to drop on my non-stick mat, add water and create background or "tie-dye" as I call it! Hee! I'm game and I'll give it a go ... off I am to see all nine ways to use 'em!
Now this is a great challenge, Cathy. I love the baby wipe technique but I think all my wipes are dried out now. Let's see what I can come up with and can't wait to see everyone else's creations. Ohh, I just thought about polished stone- now that's a good one, too.

Mist w/some water to hydrate and they will be refreshed as though they're new!
I keep getting an error message when I hit the link. Have to go out, my I love me my re-inkers and will be playing along when I get back. Love the challenge!

Try again now... you should be all set with resources to make something gorgeous, of course!

What a fun challenge cathymac!
I needed to make a project with lots of buttons and decoupage for a post tomorrow so instead of a card, I did a mixed media canvas. Hope that's OK!
Fun challenge, Cathy. Thanks for listing some techniques, but when I read through them, I didn't have one supply or the other........so, I just mixed up water and a reinker in a small mister bottle, and using a mask created a bg panel.
I'm so sorry about the links everyone...I keep fixing it and it works, then when I come back to check it again it doesn't! I'll try again! In the meantime...if you go to the resources tab and type in reinkers in the search box, you will see 9 different techniques to use with reinkers.
I found it easier to stamp and emboss the image BEFORE I put the cardstock onto the inked shaving cream. I couldn't get a good black image reversing the procedure.
I had fun with my black reinker- and added some green ink for distressing- my cowboy is ready to go with his saddle and coiled rope
Here's High Desert Cowboy

Great challenge! Decided to do a japanese style caligraphy approach to reinking- and added a Love stencilled image and a Nestability scalloped shape- all thanks to my new Big Shot DC machine Here's Love

Well, this was indeed a challenge, lol! After spending way to long on a Watercolor Bleed image, I finally gave up and switched gears and used the Striped Wipe technique on my card, Chill Out.

Here is my card for today's challenge. had lots of fun doing this. Made this paper up a few weeks ago with my crafty mom and sis. Thanks for the great challenge!
Thanks for looking!
I told you I'd be back and it took me a while but I was waiting for my polished stone to dry so I could work with the panels. Here are my two variations on the theme of polished stone- fun!
Well, it was a busy day, but I'm finally getting this card uploaded. I thought the sentiment was pretty bang on as far as life around here goes! The technique I tried is a bit unusual- I haven't had time to look through the tutorial list here to see if anyone's done it before, but it involves a food processor...
