I'm somewhat computer savvy, but I've never done anything creative with my computer. Mind giving a few tips on where to learn how to do something like this and what program(s) you used to create the tags?

Thank you all! I have made them with photoshop. I use free brushes that I find on the web and then I put it all together....I play around until I think it looks good. I have learned much by watching different youtube tutorials on photoshop. My biggest tip is to use layers in photoshop, put each image on a separate layer, if you that it will be easy to just hide what you don't like. Good luck and keep checking my blog for new digis my goal is to upload at least twice a month.
